At Metalúrgica Marina we provide boilermaking and welding manufacturing and assembly services, as well as welding services. We have been able to solve the needs of our customers thanks to the continuous improvement of our processes.
We have all the necessary means in order to guarantee the best finishing of our works. Among the means we use you can find:

Industrial welding
Our certified welders work with all types of materials and alloys. At Metalúrgica Marina we handle and carry out periodic maintenance of our works. For that purpose we use electrode ovens, portable heaters and the stainless isolated area.
We perform the following welding types:
- Manual
- TIG welding
- MIG welding
- Electrode welding
- Semi-automatic
- Etc.
With the aim of checking the quality and the good performance of our components we carry out non-destructive tests (NDT), for example: visual testing (VT), hardness test (HT), ultrasonic testing (UT), X-ray testing (RX), as well as magnetic testing (MT) and penetrating testing (PT).
ARA TT, a company which belongs to Marina Group, works with a quality system according to the ASME Standards (American Society of Mechanical Engineers). This system is certified for the designing, manufacturing and the inspection of pressure equipment.
